Blueberries have compounds similar to those of cranberries and also be used to treat and prevent urinary tract infections.

Blueberries able to protect against the effects of age-related deterioration of brain, such as short-term memory loss.

- Improves eyesight
It can help reduce eyestrain.

- Slows aging

Blueberries can be eaten like any other fruits and it can also used it as part of a DIY facial masks. The blueberry fruits are able to treat your face to be looking youthful, heal and repair your skin.


DIY Moisturizing Homemade Face Masks: Yogurt Face Mask
Place a approximately half cupful of blueberries and one tablespoon of yogurt in a blender to mix thoroughly.

Apply to the face and leave on for 20 minutes.
