Avocado

Avocado has been well known as being one of the most nutritious foods known. It naturally contain disease fighting and health-promoting properties that most people don't even know about.

Avocado are full of vitamin B, E and K. It is also one of the most fiber rich vegetables. The best way that can benefit your overall health is to eat one avocado daily.

It also contain excellent source of monounsaturated fat (good fat) which is simply burned through regular physical activity. The fat of the avocado is very helpful to the body because it lowers cholesterol. It also have more than twice the amount of potassium than a banana. Potassium is a very important mineral needed in a human body. It is a natural anti-inflammatory and blood pressure regulator therefore it is good for the body to receive good amounts of potassium for health.

As a topical agent, the avocado is great for the skin and can be used as a weekly facial to clean the skin of impurities. The avocado oil can be also used as a natural sunscreen.
