Chocolate



There are many reason why chocolate are good.








Cocoa contains a chemical called epicatechin which improve blood flow and also seems to be good for cardiac health. Cocoa is the major ingredient of dark chocolate.

Chocolate is also a nature's perfect anti-aging food that have the following benefits:

Helps support cardiovascular health.
Improves sleep and sense of well-being.
Promotes proper inflammation response.
Helps control appetite and aid in weight loss.

Don't be mistaken about chocolate containing many calories and fats that will gain weight. Only over-eating of chocolate might results in weight gain instead of weight loss, hence an appropriate small amount will gain more health benefits.

Dark Chocolate are free from sugar and although chocolates are well known to increase an individual weight, sugar free chocolates do not always cause weight increase. Sugar-free chocolates are also essential to diabetes patients. They can indulge in these chocolates even when they are under a strict restriction of food as it said to boost up the energy level as well.

There is no added caffeine in dark chocolates as caffeine is harmful for the body and level.
