Mandarin Oranges

It is a brand new year and soon it will be Lunar New Year. There are many kinds of auspicious fruits that we will frequently see during the whole period of the event. (i.e. Mandarin Oranges and Pineapples).


Mandarin oranges are as healthy as other fruits (such as apples). The vitamin C found in the mandarin oranges is important to prevent the onset of colds and help keep the immune system in top shape.

Vitamin C helps the body to protect itself from some types of cancers as well as helps keep cholesterol levels down and can be instrumental in preventing liver disease.

Mandarin oranges are filled with other essential nutrients that play an equal role in quality of your health and these nutrients have anti-inflammatory properties and are responsible for helping lower blood pressure.

Most importantly, mandarin oranges are affordable and inexpensive, so why not make use of these festive season to have a healthy kick-start.
