Dry Feet Sole

Are you facing dry skin problems in your feet sole?


Well, the reasons for having dry skin that cracks and peel off in your feet sole is because of some reasons such as:


1. Dehydration
2. Frequent bathing with harsh soaps
3. Environmental factors (i.e. heat and cold)
4. Athlete's foot
5. Improperly fitting shoes

The most effective to treat and prevent it to happen again are the following 3 steps:

Step 1: Pamper your feet with a soothing foot bath
Relax and soak feet for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 2: Remove hard skin with pumice stone/pedicure sand stone
Use a pumice stone or sand stone to file the hard dry skin, allowing the moisturizers applied in the next step to better penetrate the skin. Rub lightly back and forth.

Step 3: Moisturize feet while you sleep
Dry your feet well and apply a foot cream to increase skins natural renewal process and provide deep rehydration while you sleep. Put on a clean and dry sock to help the cream better absorb into your skin.

Do it at least once a week to promote natural renewal for your skin to become softer and smoother. Most importantly, not to forget to wear comfortable shoes and prevent from wearing dirty socks every day. The best care regim is to like wearing clothes, having clean sock everyday will prevent bacteria from growing on your feet.
