Concealer is good for under-eye circles to blemishes on the face. The less cover up you work with, the more natural your overall look will be. Hence after applying foundation, apply a small amount of concealer is the most ideal.

For perfect results, you'll required two concealers. One shade lighter than foundation can help to tone down the under-eye circles and thus make skin looks brighter. Other should match the same as foundation to help hide blemishes and unwanted pimples.

When light hits your face, your complexion gets a soft glow. The best is to choose one that is closet to your skin tone. (i.e. Pink and white luminizers complement fair skin while gold and bronze suite medium to tone skin.)
