Seaweed

There are health benefits from the seaweed internally and externally. It can be used as a cleanser to get rid of the toxins in the body.

Seaweed contains arame, hijiki and wakame that are the key source of the cleanser. Digested seaweed can helps hair shafts and helps improve health of your hair by opening up the ducts in the scalp and releasing any oxidation that has occurred.

Seaweed are able to regulate the hormones and speeds up metabolism together promotes a young looking skin colour and promotes mental well-being.

There are many ways how seaweed can be eaten for a good internally health being for example:

Cooked together with beancurd in a soup based dishes.
Mixed it together with rice, or
Make into a Japanese sushi's dishes.
