Home Remedies for Puffy Eyes

There are many home remedies that can help remove puff eyes as well as reduce it. Here are some ways that was extracted from the latest Watson's Simply Skin magazine:


1. Fill a small bowl with iced water or ice-cold milk. Soak cotton wool pads with the liquid and place over eyes. Replace the pads as soon as they become warm. Continue for 15 minutes.

2. Keep used chamomile tea bags in the fridge. As necessary, put them on closed eyelids. Relax for 15 minutes. (To know more about chamomile)

3. Thin cucumber slices used as compresses over the eyes will relieve sore, puffy eyes.


4. Avoid salty food, which causes the under-eye area (and the rest of your body) to retain fluid.

5. Avoid drinking too much water just before bed to prevent fluid retention and puffy eyes the next morning.
