1. Fill a small bowl with iced water or ice-cold milk. Soak cotton wool pads with the liquid and place over eyes. Replace the pads as soon as they become warm. Continue for 15 minutes.
2. Keep used chamomile tea bags in the fridge. As necessary, put them on closed eyelids. Relax for 15 minutes.
