Here are some typical ways to handle your nails beautifully:
1. Filling of Nails
File nails when the white nail tip part has grown to about one quarter inch from the pink part of the nail. If not so, it can weaken the nail and break easily. File your nails from side to side tend to weaken the nails strentgh therefore when filling, go from corner to the center in on direction of groove.
2. Buffing Nails
Buffing give your nails a shinnier healthier finish. Start from the nail cuticle and work your way down to the tip with medium pressure.
3. Clean Nails
Make sure your nails are clean and dry, free of oil and lotion before applying the polish.
4. Base Coat
Applying base coat is a must if you want to make your nail polish last longer. It helps to prevent nails from chipping as well.
5. Nail Polish
Only 2 coats of polish are allowed on every nails. More than that will cause thickeness coverage on your nails and thus all nails need some room to breathe too.
6. Top Coat
Allow your nail polish to dry for a few minuties before applying the top coat for a fresher longer looks. Avoid fast drying polish as it does not last long.
Last but not least always remove nail polish with a nail polish remove that contains hydrating oils for a protection looks.
